Truth Builders
Starting at 9am and continuing through the 10am Worship Service, Truth Builders excites children 6th grade and below as they learn how God’s Word can help their lives. Each month they will learn a true Biblical character quality or virtue that will help them become more like Christ.
Truth Builders is divided by age: Christ’s Crew (pre-kindergarten), Lord’s Laborers (kindergarten - 2nd grade), and Jesus’ Journeymen (3rd - 6th grade) are designed to bring the Bible to our children at each stage of their development.
Truth Bearers
Truth Bearers is a program that will let your child have fun with games, earn prizes, and learn the Word of God and how to apply it to their lives Children are divided into the same three age groups as Truth Builders. They will take the virtue from Truth Builders on Sunday morning, and learn how to put it into practice in there everyday lives while reaching others for Christ.
Our club meets every Wednesday from 7-8:15pm. As a parent, you can help us by working with your children as they memorize their verses and get into the God Times. Our desire is to work with you in teaching your children how to hide God’s Word in their hearts and have fun doing it. We want to work with you in providing a balance in physical, social, mental, and spiritual activities for your child.
The first time we attended CBC’s Sunday service, our 4-year old daughter asked, on our way home, “Can we go again tomorrow?” How refreshing!! This response was far different from the dread we would hear when we told her we were going to our previous church. In fact, nine months later, she still enjoys going to church and has developed quite a bond with a few of her teachers. We attend both Sunday worship and Wednesday’s Truthbearers and she is learning so much more about Jesus and being a good Christian. Thanks to everyone at CBC for taking such good care of our kids!
